Origin
I have experienced how frustrating it is when information gets lost and people have to repeat themselves. You send the same details twice, answer the same question again, watch the same manual step get done by hand — over and over.
I also noticed how businesses often rely on repetitive manual processes when better solutions are available. Not because they want to, but because no one has had the time to step back and simplify.
That's the loop LessLoop is named for — the same frustrating circle of lost information and repeated work. The work is to break it open, so a business spends less time going in circles and more time getting things done.
