One person. Direct answers.
No circles.
I run LessLoop as a one-person agency because I believe the cleanest way to solve a problem is to talk directly to the person who will actually build the solution.

LessLoop
Singapore • Direct communication
The Background
Why I chose to build this way
Over the years, I watched the same pattern play out again and again across businesses of all sizes. Information got lost between handoffs. Clients had to explain the same requirement three times to three different people. Deadlines slipped while emails looped around in committees.
Worst of all, I noticed how businesses often rely on repetitive manual processes when better, simpler solutions are already within arm's reach. They stayed stuck not because they lacked drive, but because agency projects often become over-engineered, opaque, and unnecessarily complicated.
“Technology should solve real problems, not create more work. I take on work that makes things easier for businesses and their customers.”
LessLoop was founded on that single conviction. When you partner with LessLoop, you aren't handed off to a junior coordinator or filtered through an account executive. I listen to your problem, design the path, build the site or tool, and hand it over with a clear one-page guide.
My Commitment
What it's like to work with me
I keep scopes locked, promises realistic, and communication honest.
Direct accountability
You deal directly with me from day one to handoff. No games of telephone or lost context.
Plain English, always
I speak and write without confusing industry jargon. If a technical choice cannot be explained clearly, it is probably the wrong choice.
Every Friday rhythm
Every Friday you receive a brief update: what got completed, what comes next, and what input is needed from you.
The loop breaks
Every project ends with a one-page Client Handover Note so you and your team are confident and in control.
